Scope included addition of a new 70,000 square foot 2-story office building on an existing Irvine Ranch Water District campus. The creative campus concept incorporates a multitude of amenities such as outdoor conference areas, fire pits, a boccie ball court, sculptural seating elements, and pathways for strolling. Approximately 30% of the proposed parking stalls will be covered parking. This project is intended to achieve LEED certification.
