Nestled within the City of Paso Robles the identity of the community is derived from the Ranch style with a modern look by use of material and development. This site is comprised of a multi-level residential community. Within each dwelling there are multi-family units and ADU’s. There are amenities throughout the community that tie the neighborhood together. At the center is a community building for gatherings and events and a complex for fitness, yoga, and a community pool. As the community spreads there are anchors at each end of the property such as a dog park and playgrounds.
