A new podium project that was designed to integrate with the adjacent Norwalk Fitness Plaza (also designed by CDPC). This residential project is phase 2 of the overall horizontal mixed use development and is located on the same site as the existing office tower. The residential building has an on-structure recreational courtyard with a pool and spa as well as a rooftop amenity space. The ground floor of the office tower will be converted to include a sit down restaurant with outdoor seating and dining. With common ownership of all of this development, the project is envisioned as a place for those in the community to come together to live, work, eat, play, stay fit and relax. Community events are planned for the Art Plaza located on the retail site. CDPC was charged with creating the linkage between the various uses creating this connected development.
