A 20-acre mixed-use site with a contemporary barn/farm architectural style on the former Marine Corp Air Station, Tustin. The meadow/dry creek and raw, unfinished materials provide a unifying, complementary theme for the site. The irrigation system and low water use plant palette comply with California water usage restrictions. Landscaping on this site include private property as well as public right-of-way on City of Tustin slope.
