Our ideal candidate for Project Manager has a degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent combination of experience, training and education) and 3-8 years practical experience in design, the construction process, irrigation design principles and preparation of construction documents; Currently manages multiple projects or proven experience as project manager; Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities and workflow and plan and organize projects; Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion and Microsoft Office; Thorough knowledge of landscape architecture and urban design principles; Commitment to excellence and high standards; Outstanding design and presentation skills plus creative vision and artistic talent; Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills; Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds; Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity and a positive outlook; Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
As Project Manager you will manage multiple projects simultaneously monitoring deadlines, project budgets, staffing requirements and mentor junior staff for each project; manage multiple projects of varying scale while working with sub-consultants, clients, developers, City Planning and Public Works agencies and in-house disciplines; Manage and assist in the development of complete document packages including schematic design, design development and construction documents and ensure designs meet applicable codes and regulations; Research site materials, finishes, furnishings to support the full development of design concept renderings and be involved in all phases of the design process; Manage and perform construction administration services; Present design and other project documents to Clients for review and approval.
