Design/Build resort development. CDPC designed overall landscape and guest arrival as well as the recreation and events areas. Pool area was designed to maximize views of the adjacent golf course. Pool deck enhancements include decorative paving, VIP cabanas, fire pit, spa, synthetic turf and large scale game boards. The Casino & Hotel Porte-cochere areas were designed to include grand custom water fountains with iconic plantings and project signage elements.
