Troy Higbee

Please help CDPC lift the spirits and lighten the burden of the Higbee Family as they support their beloved husband and father.

For several years Troy Higbee, a valued employee and friend to each of us, has been undergoing treatment for melanoma. While this treatment was successful, they soon found several malignant tumors in his brain. On May 3rd he underwent surgery to remove a golf ball size tumor to relieve pressure and to allow for further treatment. The initial results appeared to be good, but soon after, his condition declined. The remaining tumors in his brain and spine are proving too aggressive to fight, and continue to affect his neurological system. Doctors have estimated his time to be short, and recommend focusing on his comfort rather than treatment.

Troy has been the sole source of income for his family and has worked tirelessly throughout his treatment to make sure his family was taken care of. To read more about Troy’s Story and to help his family with medical expenses and college tuition for his son, Wesley, please visit the YouCaring page for Troy here.

Please keep Troy and his family in your thoughts as they face the challenges of this difficult time.
